Hi Lukasa, Well done for your decision to quit👏 and of course for your 2 smoke free days.

Welcome to Quit Support.💙

It’s never easy to quit but it’s easier with a little support.💪

As my friend 103063 mentions you have to try to help yourself too. Decide how you want to quit, have a read of the pinned posts, learn everything you can. We will support you all the way.

Please read the pinned posts,📌 there is lots of information there. You will find the posts to the right or at the bottom of your screen depending which device you are using. Just click “posts” then click “pinned posts”.

May I suggest you drink plenty of water💧💦 to flush out the toxins and keep yourself hydrated.

If you feel you need any more help please don’t hesitate to ask. There is always someone here.

May I remind you not to post any personal information.

Good luck with your quit.🍀🚭xx

It’s been two years since I quit smoking. Best decision I have ever made. It gets better with time. You’ll look back on the decision you made and you will be proud of yourself. Keep it up.

Hi Lukas, well done on your decision to quit smoking, it isn't easy especially in the first week but its certainly doable with support.

Keep coming on here to read the posts, check out the pinned posts, there you will find lots of useful tips and information.

Try and keep busy, distraction is key. Remember cravings last no longer than 6 mins so keep that thought in mind.

Drinking plenty of water helps and will also flush out of the toxins in your body caused by smoking.

Keep positive and keep determined. You can do this😊

Hi Lukasa and welcome to Quit Support

I wish I had been as smart as you and quit at a young age. Yes it’s tough but you can do it and we’re all here to help🚭✅

The damage that smoking can do will be more painful than the withdrawal symptoms, believe me. Hang in there, it will get easier💪xx
