Firstly, my apologies!! π€¦π»ββοΈπ³π¬ for missing last Fridayβs post!!! π€π₯Ίπ« unfortunately, I had a family funeral and it totally escaped my mind, so my deepest apologies!! I only have one post a week!! ππ²π€¨
So back to today,

What can you do today to help you be in the mindset that supports you best? π€ π
To keep your sunny side up π as the pic says? π€ so stop take a moment for just you, take a deep breath and whether you hold onto to a gratitude thought or a supportive/encouraging thought for you just for today ππ»π₯°π€
How much could little tools π οΈ like this help you through your day and your quits?
Keeping check on myself, focused and positive was definitely held me hold on in my quit (and still does π€ͺ) and plough on through π₯· and also helped me to feel good π at the least ππ»π
What do you need or can you do today to support you and your mindset today to if not have a great day, to improve your day? π€
For me, today Iβm going to reflect and mirror what I admire in others π€ π (apologies if this sounds a bit deep π€¦π»ββοΈ) so be what I admire in others, I think I can be quick to admire in others but think oh thatβs not me, but no today Iβm gonna believe that can be me and be it as best I can π€π€
