When you stop smoking, good things happen๐ We talked about the bad effects smoking has on our bodies last weekend. So I thought we could focus on the good things that happen when we quit.
How much brighter our eyes look ๐

No more bad breath ๐ท
More oxygen in our lungs ๐ซ
More blood circulation in our body ๐ฉธ
More energy for doing other things๐๐โโ๏ธ๐ดโโ๏ธ
Your heart rate will lower โฅ๏ธ
Youโll cough less ๐ฎโ๐จ
Youโll definitely save money ๐ฐ
Youโll smell better ๐
In addition to all these benefits, quitting smoking leads to a huge sense of achievement, which in turn gives you more confidence to do other things. Your immune system will no longer be exposed to tar and nicotine which will make it stronger. Quitting makes for a healthier future for you and your family.
We still have enough time left this year to accomplish all of this. How brilliant would it be to say I quit smoking in 2024๐ญ๐ช๐
