Good morning. afternoon. or evening wherever you may be.

I remember the other day asking all our members if they would come along and post how they are coping . chat about themselves. or work or just everyday life.

However the response was just 2 Members and that was asking for help with their quit journeys.

So come on! lets get this community interesting , like the days years ago where everyone would join in.

We would open up in the morning and carry it on till late evening.

Anyone got any bright ideas let us know. You may think I am stupid asking about people chatting, but there is a very good reason behind it all.

Its very similar to having a friend who can let your emotions out , without being judged. This has proved to benefit for all our quitters who take part. Plus it takes your mind of the cravings.

Our lovely admin Cloe had a good idea Feel Good Friday. so come on think could you have story about feeling Good. Even one about feeling bad or something that made you laugh.

Lets keep Quit Support as a Community that people want to join us, We might otherwise open our community once or may be twice a week. But most people prefer daily.

So yesterday I was down at the hospital due to leg still swollen etc. My doctors surgery annoyed me as I was told the week before to comeback if its not improving, I told the receptionist this

and she apologised but next available appointment would be in 3 weeks. She said to me we have been instructed to send people to the hospitals. The poor girl kept saying she was sorry.

It seems the majority of surgeries are the same. Is yours like that?

Right! cake or toast and a cuppa for everyone this morning so have a good day , and I will catch up later.

Our doctors surgery is the same, thats if you can get through to them on the phone 🤔

I never so no to a coffee ☕️ always washes cake down well 😁

Maybe even if people don’t feel they want to comment, to maybe like the posts that are helpful as a guide to know what is helpful 🤔

When I first joined quit support, people early on and further on in their quit would post or comment and I found that really supportive in my quit. Sometimes I wouldn’t post or comment I’d just read and like the posts/comments, but I did post and comment too and it felt really supportive.

So don’t be shy or hold back, share your day, your struggles and successes.
