I have just realised that I missed my two year anniversary on the 1st December. That just goes to prove how much I remember my old smoker life. I actually had someone say to me last week that they didn’t even know I was a smoker.
I went on my work Christmas do on Saturday and the last two remaining smokers headed out to the street in the cold. I remember leaving a table of two people when the majority smoked. I definitely don’t miss having to stand in the street it was such a pain asking people to move or position yourself to be able to get out.
I regularly read your posts and will you all along on your journeys. If I can do this then any of you can because I loved smoking but I realise now that it just wasn’t necessary. We need to eat and drink but we don’t need to smoke.
Keep going and never give up 👍
