I am happy to say I have been quit a little over a year. I did it cold turkey and it was hard to start with but I used my health anxiety to my advantage. I have gained weight but I know I can rectify that so no point stressing about it. It's been a rough journey sometimes but it's been so worth it. I can hug my son without worrying he can smell it. I don't have to lie to him or sneak out and lose precious time with him. He is my inspiration. so to all of you struggling just keep at it one day at a time. When you feel a craving, just remember you are a none smoker now and don't let the monster win. Good luck xxx
