well I made it to 1 whole year without smoking, its had its up and downs but I have more energy and more money. I know do regular 25k bike rides in the week and have got up to 60k on days out at the weekend the goal is 100k.
some time out of the blue I still get the odd craving for a ciggy but it soon passes. the next thing I have to quit is sugar seemed to have developed a sweet tooth and managing my weight is becoming a struggle even with the amount of exercise I am now doing.
to those thinking of quitting do it, to those who are struggling or have slipped up, tomorrows another day start again.

Bloomin marvellous news Fridge! And look at you go with the cycling too!! You’ve really inspired me to get out there and start something wonderful! Thank you, much love, Poll x
go for it poll, cycling gets me out of the house, helps with the stresses of life and generally the other cyclists are a nice bunch who stop for a chat and will help you out. I had a lovely Saturday afternoon ride down by the Birmingham to Stratford canal took a packed lunch and just destressed.
