Hi everyone. Hope you are doing well. I slipped up a lot and here i am agai to begin with a fresh mind. Since my breathing got much hard for me and i cannot smell anything. Ithink is a bigger problem for me. So I decided to begin again

Please don't beat yourself up about smoking again. The important thing is that you're here now,and have decided to quit again.

May I remind you to drink plenty of water💧💦 to keep yourself hydrated and flush out the toxins.

Hello Hariharan, just keep going, keep trying, you can do it . Don't give yourself a hard time. Nicotine is highly addictive and the habit of smoking is very time consuming so quit ting is tough but doable. Good luck fromhappybear

It's amazing how the bad physical effects of smoking draws up back to the quitting. If feels so much better without the constant inflammation from the chemicals in the fags. Make a list of the bad effect and put it on the fridge. Each time you feel the urge to light up have a look at the list again and try to remember how off-putting it is to have the respiratory side effects. They can be scary. Good luck
