Like Jillygirl said this week, doing whatever you can to bring in any kind of positivity is a huge help when quitting smoking ๐ฌ ๐ญ itโs not easy quitting, if it was you wouldnโt be reading this, so cutting yourself some slack, being kind, going easy on yourself while youโre quitting and go through it is a massive tool ๐จ to help you through your quit. ๐
