I’m going back to work tomorrow and my normal routine is my anxiety goes through the roof so I have a cigarette and then I’m sick 🤢 I’m scared to what to do instead. I’m also worried about my friends being a little of with me because I won’t be going to have a cigarette at break and dinner no more. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. 😊😊

Hi there Dolly, I would get yourself armed with some lozenges , gums, or sweets for when you feel you get a craving. When you get to work tell your friends you have quit, Tell them your reason for quitting, ( health, family, money) ask them to respect you and not to fall out or disagree with you. If they are your true friends they will understand.

Well done Dollydot, you've managed to ditch the smokes now don't get caught up with junkie thoughts. Your brain is trying to find reasons/excuses for you to smoke again.
As jillygirl suggests take some gum or lozenges in case. Explain to your friends.

Still going strong and work isn’t bothering me as much as I thought it would. I’m actually enjoying the heat instead of freezing out side. ☺️
