Today I am feeling so positive after a weekend of battling with my old friend nicotine..... we went out on Saturday night with friends and it was tough to break the routine times that I would have normally gone out for a smoke, but I did it!!!

Went for a run yesterday morning and felt amazing but ran past a few people who are smokers as I could smell it on them and it made me realise what odour I used to have.

Feeling good about making it to week 3 and beyond!

Good morning tiggs, well done for getting through a tough weekend and coming out the other side full of positivity, that’s a great achievement👏🏼

Your running is definitely helping and I’m sure you flew by those other smokers quickly to get away from the horrible smell😷🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Stay positive and be proud, you’re doing great🚭✅💕🌻xx

In phase of wanting to quit. Did you use a patch?

No, I am using the niquitin lozenges which I have found amazing. The patches just didn't do it for me when I tried them years ago. I also have an inhalator for when I need that 'hand to mouth' fix and that has been great although I am not bothering with the cartridges in it anymore as the lozenges are really taking away my cravings.

Good luck! I really do feel better for it even after just two weeks.

Way to go! I know it's so hard to break those habits sometimes. Today I did my big fall yard cleanup usually I would take smoke breaks inbetween. It crossed my mind a couple times but I said nope just habit. I finished the yard way quicker without those smoke breaks too😊
