Hi Everybody! Just dropping in to say I'm 12 days 5 hours tobacco free cold turkey. A smoking friend popped over today. I said, you can smoke outside, it won't bother me & sat with her on my balcony; the balcony I avoided as that where I smoked. I do something different & maybe some of you have too? I have plastic straws cut to the length of the cigarettes I used to smoke & pretend I'm smoking - I inhale through the straw, hold it & then blow it out. All I'm doing is inhaling/exhaling air. For me, it really helps & is 2-fold; staying quit & binge eating in place of. The admins here are the best! I tried 2 other online places briefly before finding this one & bar none, this is the best.
