Well it seems a long time ago I last smoked not just 2 weeks - but happy I have made it a this far - do worry though as I know better than anyone that 9 years wasn’t enough as still just went back to it - main trouble is I feel I miss it and with that thought it is never going to be an easy battle to win - oh well today is another day so onwards 😄

That ‘missing it’ feeling comes and goes Shaz, and the time between gets longer. I still have very strong cravings at specific times (coffee, meals, telephone, car etc.) but I now know they’ll go away. It’s a mind game. As for health, well that’s something altogether different. Wouldn’t it be great if we suddenly felt better. I tend to feel worse and worse as time goes on. I wake up in middle of night with hot sweats. My digestive problems are annoying. Very bad headaches still all the time. Aching legs. Lungs don’t feel better as my breathing seems shallower. All these symptoms don’t really surprise me, but finding positive physical signs would be more encouraging. I still want to quit, but just wish I felt better than I do. That can get me down at times.
