I want to try again. Words for anyone who's thinking of going back.

It's just a word of advice for us all.

I quit smoking for 7 months cold turkey and relapsed. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I have been smoking (heavily) for a month now. And I'm right back to coughing and wheezing just like before i quit. While quit i felt so good. My wheezing and coughing completely stopped. I was a fool to think going back wouldn't affect me. I have had 2 colds and now battling bronchitis since i started smoking again. All that in just about 1 months time. I know that soon i have to try to quit again. I want to feel the freedom i felt when i was quit the easy breathing and the money i saved. Please if you are having a hard time i beg you don't light up. Stay strong and it will pass. No matter what bad thing may trigger cravings nothing is worth lighting up. I can 100% promise you that you will regret it. I don't know when i will try to quit again but i know it will be soon. My body is physically telling me that if i don't quit these things WILL kill me. I'm scared and being surrounded by smokers makes it even scarier and more difficult. I'm trying to gather the strength to try again.
