Hang in there, dont get tensed its just a final part of your withdrawals. I am a 3 week quitter as well, and by this time the nicotine is out of your physical body so cravings tend to minimize. But the brain and the mental being is still in its last stage of latching onto what it can to fill up that empty space which used to be filled with the so called "leisure" of smoking. For me i went through a series of panic attacks as a result of anxiety when i had a small chest pain. But after diagnosis by Gods grace it was just a muscle sprain of the chest region. Its just your mind playing its tricks and trying to find a reason for your moodiness. For me personally constant meditation and conversations with positive people helped me a lot i advise you to do the same as well. And no worries we are all here for you ! N.O.P.E
Hi there Suruuuu, First of all can I re -assure you that you are not going to die from quitting smoking. It sounds like you have a lot of anxiety and hence panic attacks. This is very common with lots of people who start their quit journeys.
You have had lots of support and good advice already, I would say it might be worth you reading the pinned posts as there is a section on anxiety which may help you.
The pinned posts can be found at the right of this page or the bottom of the page,
depending on which device you are using.
The results you got saying HIV and xray are fit, sound good. However if you need an explanation ask your doctor, or you could phone our sister community at the Roy Castle helpline :-

They have qualified nurses who should be able to help.
Your body is going through a lot of adjusting and repairing itself from all the chemicals in tobacco. it takes time ,but it is well worth it. xx
You're not alone. I am at 20 days smoke-free. My anxiety, lethargy, and depression are affecting me more every day---in part because I am also going through menopause! However, knowing that all things must pass is saving me. So, remember that you will feel better someday soon and give yourself major credit for being so strong!
