Hey guys... I’ve posted before... but I’m not sure I’m doing it correctly... forgive me I’m learning as I go.
I recently quit smoking in january. Not smoking but vaping.
I believe I’m experiencing withdrawal symptoms I’ve had the headaches they’re not that bad now but I feel sometimes my body is numb but not tingly with slight dizzyness anybody has this experience. It’s almost kind of crippling... along with the anxiety of feeling the worse is going to happen. But I know nothing is happening but my body just tenses up and feels numb after about 30-45 then it returns... is this normal and can anyone tell me why this happens?

Hi Jase, I am not very knowledgeable about vaping, however I hope your buying from a reputable place as some internet vapes are not what they describe.
It could be you have too higher dose and perhaps a lower dosage would help.
I will ask our lovely admin NewKaren to have a word as she is used to vaping etc.
If you stopped smoking it would normally be easing up by now. As for vaping I am not sure. You could be going through what we call icky threes . Here is the link from the pinned posts.healthunlocked.com/quitsupp...

Vaping can be a bit difficult to get the grip of. Can I ask a couple of questions...what device you are using and the strength and proportion (50/50 or 30/70) of vape juice you are using, Also, how much did you smoke previously. I might be able to put you right.
3mg is quite low so it sounds as if your symptoms are down to nicotine withdrawal. Obviously, if you’re worried, I’d advise you speak to your doctor... I know, a bit difficult at the moment. There is something you can try to confirm if it’s the nicotine content.... try vaping with 6 mg and see how you feel. If you feel better, then stay on the 6. You can always drop down to 3, or even 0 if you don’t get on with it, or when you’re a bit more attuned to the nicotine level.
