Nicotine patch problems

Ok so I’m on my first day of stoptober and decided to follow the advice of using nicotine replacement via patches. I’m on step two as I smoked around 10 a day. After a few hours I could felt jittery and a bit sick, finally removed it at 1pm. Anyone else experienced this??? . I have the step three patches but am honestly feeling like I don’t want to use them and just use the inhalator as a when I need it. Advice welcome. Apart from that feeling super proud I’ve done it 😀😀😀👍😀👍😀👍

Hi Tayrm, you're so right to be super proud about quitting.😘 I'm afraid I've never used patches but hold on a sec because someone will be able to help you.

There's quite a lot about patches in the pinned posts. We are not all the same, maybe the patches are a little too strong💪Try just using the inhalator.🚭💖xx

Thanks Corrina. I can def feel the patch has worn off and used the inhalator once this eve. Home is my week spot as I never really smoked when out or at work during the day. Well at least I’ve kept busy, cooked enough dinners for the rest of the week 😂😂😂 and it’s run day tomorrow. Appreciate your reply x
