Hi all, well what can I say.......I'm gonna be in my twenties😊(again) soon........hope every one is well and smoke free....I'm still going strong, had a few occasions where my will power was well and truely put to the test😖😖😖😖.........But I didn't.... Nope Nope Nope......... I look in the mirror some days and think who are you?????, but it's me yeahhhhhh without a cigarette in my mouth..... Still seems strange. My only complaint is I don't have a very good sense of smell or taste lately😔, is this normal after being smoke free for so long?????. Any ways enough of my rambling on, have a great day/evening where ever you may be😘

Congratulations and good to hear from you, Cimmy! My senses of smell and taste came back SLOWLY, too! (tho I smoked for 40+ yrs, mind you)

Oh yep the sense of smell and taste took a while for me as well. Now I can smell a smoker a mile away😩

My sense of smell and taste took a while to come back and now like briar I can smell a smoker before I see them 👃👀

My hubby still smokes and I can smell smoke of him even after he's had a shower, yuch did we really smell like that 😝😝
