Hi everyone and I hope you are all well? I've been smoking for the better part of 15 years and it's really taken a toll on me phycially and mentally. With so many ways to quit, I'm struggling to see which one works best for me. I've tried cold turkey and also gradually and I failed both. Tomorrow I'm going to stick to a schedule which includes drinking lemon water, going to the gym (cardio) and drinking 2 litres a day. I genuinely hope this makes a difference, wish me luck and thank you for the support!

Today is day one for me (smoke usually 7 to 10 a day due to depression and bad mental habits) I woke up, prayed, meditated, drank some warm lemon water and now I'm in the gym doing carido. I'm so sure night time will be my biggest challenge so I'll check back in later and let you know how that goes.
Quitting smoking can be so mentally draining at times but again, I'm giving this my all.
