Yeh registered for great Manchester run end of may so good incentive for recovery after op! Have u had chance to get any running in? X

Thats great!. Not in the half term, kids aren't old enough to be left together, my 9 yr old would be fine but she can't be responsible for her bro yet, my partner is a shift worker so it's hard to just run out when I want to!.(walking lots though)

I haven't given up though, days are getting longer so I shall do early morning or late evening if I have to😊.

Is great Manchester a half marathon?.

Thank Jax, yeh i love it and def one for the wall!! Would never of believed a few months ago when still on those cigs that I would of been able to ever run 10k so come on quitters, you can do it too!!! x
