Spend all the money I have saved by becoming a non smoker woooooohoooooo! So of to bluewater ( big shopping centre ) some new clothes and make up, then out for dinner and the cinema and no doubt I will still have change from the £280 I have saved yup £280 in a month...... Scary huh, to put that in perspective I could by a BMW on finance with that money or pay over half a mortgage! I am so annoyed that I have wasted sooooo much money over my life by setting it on fire

But those days are over

You go for it with the spending, I still have a spend up every month, last month bought a Bose music system it's one of the perks of stopping. As to my method for stopping I used the stage 3 patches for a month but got a rash from them so then just went cold

It's been seven months now and I have to say it doesn't bother me now during the week but come Friday evening and the weekend that's a different story but hey will get there. When you look back it's amazing how far we have all come, have a lovely day x

Hi all had a fan day bought lots ( smiles ) and dad dinner with my son then went to watch Lego movie... Which I found hilarious ... But I am not the most mature person lol!! And still had 30 quid left! Awesome
