One year today

Well. I never thought I would see the day that I had not smoked a ciggie in a whole year lol . Well today is that day, am I proud of myself , yes, was it hard work, at times very, do I still crave a ciggie, yes, but then I smoked for 40 years plus , I still have some slight problems but nothing I can't deal with, now to loose the 16 pounds I have put on, no more sweeties, cake, chocolate, for a while , need to get my bikini body back, yer lol, I exercise everyday but now to step up a gear, have a lovely smoke free day all X X x

It's a great feeling when you reach that first year milestone, if people say do you smoke you can answer 'no I gave up a year ago' 😊
