I can't blame no one but me for smoking..
Hi 103063,please don't beat yourself up about having smoked. With hindsight none of us would have gone there but there it is we've done it. After smoking for so long(I smoked 2+ packets a day for 40+ years) we have to save the savable. You have your lil boy to look after and I'm sure that now you have quit, you will be strong enough to do so. Try to look forwards hun you are still young.
Hugs,ππXXX
Thank you tubby54.. I have a ways to go but I'm gonna make it ππ
Don't look back hunny, look forward you have so much to look forward to. Your strength of character shines through and is what will make a better life for you and your boyπΉππ
4 weeks quit now I also have copd
Can you tell a difference in your breathing cause I sure can..
I see you have emphysema as well like I do.. but I do feel better since I stop smoking..
Not yet hope it gets better
I hope it does get better for you as well cause not breathing ain't no joke..
We've all been there bud. When you've managed to quit and stay quit, you wonder why you didn't stop ages ago.
Just remember life doesn't work like that and where you are today helps shape tomorrow.
Owning and accepting that smoking was a mistake and should have no part in your tomorrow can only be beneficial to you.
You make a good point..wow you done been stop 3mths.. good for you ππ
