I know I have not wrote much on this site for a long while, but I do read all your posts everyday to see how everyone is doing,, well in a couple of weeks my first year of being a none smoker will be here, after smoking since I was thirteen, until the grand age of 58 , am I proud of myself,. Yes I am,, do I still crave a cigarette ,, yes everyday, some days worse then others,, have not had one lol,, is my body still coming to terms with the damage I caused it,, yes it is,, I try to walk/run or ride my bike everyday, which does help to clear the rubbish still deciding to exit my body,,.  I am still unable to have any milk products as this affects my breathing? Asthma? Nurse says maybe,, who knows lol,, so good luck to all the new quitters on your journey, whichever way you decide to do it, just remember don't give in, think nope, and I will still be here reading your posts everyday X X X

Fantastic quit Jude, all them years and you were strong enough to quit. Your an inspiration to us all and you have shown us it can be done well done. Yep the cravings, a friend of mine quit 10 years ago and says he would kill for a cig, so guess with some it stays. You will be super fit with all that exercise I am starting next week , joining back at the gym . Keep strong and never give in you have come so far . Proud of you Thanks for posting xx
