Just wanted to say that I have made it this far and it feels as good now as it did on day one. I'm still chuffed.

oooh, congratulations. I'm not far behind, 26th Jan. Didn't you use Champix too? How are you now? Are you completely nicotine free? If so, tips please? Well done on 12 months :)

Thanks Sin. Yes I remember that we quit around the same time. I did't use Champix, just an e-cig. This year's challenge is to get down to zero nicotine in the liquid. I don't use it as much as I did to begin with which is something. I did buy one of those shisha cigarettes which have no nicotine, just to see the difference. There is a slight difference but I think if I reduce the nicotine gradually I'll succeed in time. I just didn't put any pressure on myself. My aim was always not to smoke a cigarette and I have succeeded in that. :)
