Well, today is my 30 month milestone.I'm grateful too. There has been so many things that have happened and I haven't picked up a fag. I have shared on here all my trials and had great support. It could sound like my life is miserable but it's certainly not. My physical trials are not affecting my attitude to the beauty of life and the joy in it. "One door closes and another one opens". I will continue to adopt an attitude of gratitude no matter what and stay smoke free.
Thankyou to all of you. Ray.
