Hello,I hope everyone is doing great, cause I am.MY favorite words is (I RESUSE TO DO DAY ONE AGAIN) MY HIGHER POWER AND MY DETERMINATION TO DO SO MAKES IT POSSIBLE. I WAKE UP AND SAY MY PRAYERS DO MY WORKOUT EAT BREAKFAST, AND PLAN MY DAY.I DON'T LOOK AT T .V.CAUSE FOR ME CAN BE A TRIGGER,SO I DO THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE,SOME OF WHICH I PUT OFF.THIS FRIDAY IM JOINING A GYM,WITH THE MONEY I'VE SAVE FROM NOT SMOKING, I'M LOVEING IT.A GREAT REWASRD FOR ME,NOW I WANT TO REWARD MYSELF MORE, SO SPOIL YOURSELF MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER,WORKS FOE ME.

Joining a gym is great.   I've belonged to a gym most of my adult life... I'm starting to work out again now that my energy is returning.
