Hi nancy welcome to quit support this site has amazing support it has helped me so much with my quit there is always someone who has gone through the same thing I cheat Because I'm vaping but I will do what it takes how are you quitting cold turkey or do you have nrt whichever way you are so doing the right thing its hard in the beginning but it does get easier with time so stick with it the mantra is nope not one puff ever just say that to yourself when you get the urge it does help good luck
