Welcome!! Great decision👏🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Are you going cold turkey or do you have some nicotine replacement ? Everyone goes through their own unique withdrawal I had a lot of exhaustion and headaches so prepare yourself but it does pass and it feels AWESOME to be a non smoker!!!!

Hi Arizona we both are 2 month winners and moving ahead .Howare the withdrawels treating you .I still have mine at least 3 times a day but feel more in control.Onwards and Jpwards

Way to go👏 Ya we're both moving onward with no cigarettes ..... Feels so good to be a non smoker hey? I don't really crave cigarettes unless I'm around alcohol or I get down.... It's still a slippery slope..... One day at a time.... Or one craving at a time.... Can't wait to get my 3 month badge from Monky on Christmas Eve💃🏿

Hi Shimoni......Well....... I hear from people that the cravings come and go for a long time but they're easier to control.......addiction is cunning and ya never know when Mr Nic will rear his ugly head.... Soooo we need to be careful...... For me around alcohol.... And I love NOT ONE PUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
