Well another month down the line. 9 months today quit a new badge me thinks emjay thanks to everyone for their continued support

Hey my quit buddy, yay...nine months is awesome. No looking back now.

You are now and forever a non smoker, and that's something to be so proud of

How have you been feeling?

I'm definitely getting there, I had the doctors check me out a couple of weeks ago because I was still feeling SOB and a cough he said it's still quite normal.

I still cough up Brown craps every now and again also. But overall I'm definitely feeling better.

Hello my friend not doing too bad breathing much better still having problems with meds but improving still cough some brown stuff up occasionally too but nowhere near as much. Still have bad days occasionally too but again not often don't even think about cigarettes a lot of the time but still get cravings weird isn't it, glad you are doing well lovely to hear from you

Ermmm, it is 9 months quit smoking were talking about isnt it cos I can hear some pitter patters of little feet for some reason
