Hiya joe and welcome to quit support😊

Congratulations on day 8, great achievement but it's a roller coaster of emotions alright😩

Don't worry, it's all very normal side effects though. Hang in there and have a good look around the site. Lots of help under pinned posts too.

Are you using NRT or are ya cold turkey?

I see ya got a nice new badge, well done joe👍🏼

Great support here with everyone else and it really does help, we can all do this together NOPE🚭🚭

Hello joeuk

When people quit, the withdrawals can come on strong..... Your chemistry in your brain and body are changing and depression and/or crying is a very normal part of quitting unfortunately..... Have you tried a bit of nicotine gum or spray...... I went cold turkey and went through hell but it's all worth it..... Keep the site close.... People on here will help you through your withdrawal....

Welcome to the site everyone is really helpful and supportive and u can look back thru all our posts and see we all been thru the same thing. 😀🚭
