Well seven weeks done feel so pleased with myself going into a new year as a non smoker still vaping but nowhere near as much just want to wish everybody whose new years resoloution is to give up smoking you need to come on this website because it really is an inspiration the journey won't be easy but its one that you want to take because smooking effects so many parts of your body that you don't realise and when you give up that's when you see the difference in your taste in your skin in your hair in your breathing in your smell in other areas as in bodily functions it seemms to effect everyppart of your body even your eyes and I wannt my eyesight for as long as possible so I can continue to read inspirational posts on this website posted by people who thankfully are on the same journey as me happy 2016
