Hello everyone,

Haven't been on for a while, but wanted to come on and say "never give up." Today Mark's 2 years since I smoked. I was a smoker of 40 plus years and stopped cold Turkey. It was the best thing I've done for myself and proud to say i bet this habit. I'm not saying it was easy, because it wasn't. I had challenges and hurdles I had to overcome, which I did just that. Never did I pick that nasty habit back up. I told myself it was for the best, look how far you have come, do you want to start over. Before I new it, it had been 2 years. Consume yourself with other things to take that place, healthy habits, such as, walking, riding a bike, push ups. It does work.

Good luck everyone on your journey reach out to a friend for support as well as this great site.

Shazdog,

In my 2 years don't get me wrong I did think about it, went to the store and thought just buy a pack. Looked at and told myself no way, what am I thinking. Never purchased a pack in over 2 years it's a great feeling. You can do it, you have once before.
