Well got to 3 weeks π Kicking butt lol no going back feeling fab skins clearing up lovely dark circles under the eyes are nearly gone hair is softer lovely pink tongue decided at 3 months to lower to a smaller dosage on my ecig and target of 6 months to come off it as I do not want to be dependant on it any longer than necessary. Lovely having cash in my pocket for other things now. I treat myself to flowers once a fortnight much better smell in my house than nicotine.if I can make it to 7 months will beat my last quit and gonna get a tattoo done to celebrate my quit and also decided to go for my driving license what a better way to spend money π... Just remembering NOPE everyday remembering the vial smell that comes from smoking being able to treat myself or my kids is better than a packet of fags

Congratsπ· You're doing fantastic ! So nice to be a non smoker..... My teeth are aching but that's a normal part of withdrawal someone on this site told me. We have more oxygen and blood travelling through our bodies now. We're gunna get that healthy glowππΏ. Keep up the good work. NOPE. NOT ONE PUFF. EVER
Having the support is a major factor in quitting and to remain smoke free. Keep up the great quit you have got going there - you are almost one month smoke free now
