day 4
Hello..... I'm only on day 8 and cigarettes are always on my mind........ People have shared that we have to concentrate on the benefits of not smoking......sooooo...... I think of how my body and mind are healing.........when I walked yesterday for 40 minutes on the treadmill, it was easy.......but what I'm really noticing the most is my mood is better and a lady on here and studies I've been reading state that cigarettes contribute to anxiety and depression.......... Hey! I'm in! Stay strong and I will too👫👬👫👬👫👬👫👬👫👬👫👬
