Back to the grind as they say!

Well my sloth day is well and truly behind me, back to work today and just finished my 13hour shift which I do every Monday, I work in a busy doctors surgery which is brilliant for reminding me of how many smoking related illnesses people are getting, feeling blessed I have quit today after dictating some letters for cancer referrals, keep strong everyone we really have done the best thing for our health by quitting x

Thanks briar, I'm already in bed cos I have another early start tomorrow, waiting for silent witness to come on and really hope I do not fall asleep lol x
