Hi everyone,

I gave up smoking with Champix in Oct (Stoptober) 2017 so two years in a couple of months time 👍😁

I would never have done it without this forum and the lovely admin and other quitters at that time. I lent very heavily on the lovely people I met on here, they helped me through some dark days and night when I thought I couldn’t do it.

I have just come across an app that I also used at the same time, it really helped seeing how much I had (have) saved ( over £6,300 😳) and how my health was/is improving.

I have put on a little bit of weight so I’m going to use the nhs weight lost forum now .... I’m feeling determined 💪

Best of luck to everyone giving up ❤️ it’s not easy but if I can do it - honestly - anyone can.
