Like the pic says, quitting smoking is like a camera, you have to keep focused on your quit and capture the good times, like being healthier, saving money, not stinking of smoke etc and develop from the negatives, getting used to being smoke free and enjoyyyyyyyyying life again
If it dosnt work out, then come on and have another go at it dont just sit back and say, you cant do it !! you have to shake yourself, sit yourself down and have a think '' why did I relapse ? what triggered me to smoke again ? what were you doing at the time ? where were you ? '' then try to think of how you can avoid that situation next time eh
If any of you newbies have any questions, then just fire away and we will try to answer them for you

Long time no speak - well I was just wondering if I had got to a year without a cig and see 1 month still to go .... thought so !! Good news is I have stayed QUIT / smoke free all this time and well been a bit of a wild ride but held my ground. Hope everyone is doing well and best wishes to you ALL.
GREAT to see you again,you've been gone awhile.You were one of the many folk on here that kept me focused in the early days of my quit(I'll have 10 months in a week or so) so huge thanks for that & mega congrats on your year (nearly)
A year is a massive milestone so you have every right to be extremely proud of yourself.It's never going to be easy but you're a great example of what can be achieved when you put your mind to it.

yep tooth is a bit of a bummer....especially as my crown fell off last week not sure what is happening with my teeth at the mo..oh well its off to the dentist for me

Aup Sunny please dont give up on the hoola-hoop, its great exercise
You've got hips havnt you ? you can wiggle them cant you ? maybe put a dance cd on that makes you want to ermmm wiggle plus if you keep dropping it, then you have to bend down to pick it up, which is also goooooooood exercise eh
If I can remember rite, you have to start the hoola-hoop rotating anti clockwise and wiggle your bum in the same direction, lift your hands up and flippin wiggle away gal
