My post is probably going to pale in comparisons to some of the recent posts I've seen in terms of how long people haven't smoked for, but today is 1 week smoke free (NOPE!)
I posted when I joined last week and again I think it's great just to know others are going through the same experience as myself and also how supportive everyone is!
So thanks again and good luck to everyone whos on the path!!!!

Good morning sizzet, Well done on your first week. It doesnt matter if its 1 hour 1day 1 week every day is worth celebrating . Treat yourself for achieving your first week.Well done!
Hi Tubby, I had my last cigarette on the 10th, so the 11th was my 1st smoke free day - but I don't mind if it's a day or so out - I didn't know I got a badge ... just happy with that lol.
Thanks again everyone .... Have a great Monday! Also so glad I'm not out smoking in this freezing weather!
Well done sizzet. Of course I will sort the date. You can see your winners' badge beside your name. You'll find it satisfying as it counts the weeks, then the months you've been smoke free.💪🚭😋xx
1 week is still a good period of time - Congrats. say the mantra to your self YES I CAN QUIT!! or in this case YES CAN KEEP IT UP!!! qlong with positivity & you ll find ventually you ll be able to stop for good
One week away from your last cigarette is probably further away than one year in terms of difficulty. I learn as much if not more from new quitters as I do from old-timers. They remind me how precious our lives are and how hard those first steps were for all of us. Remembering stops me from being complacent, so thank you.
