Merry Christmas everyone...in the great rush of things I forgot to put my patch on yesterday and also to have any Niquitin strips with me!!! After the initial panic coped very well. Tomorrow with a smoker so shall wear one just in case. Hope you all have had a great Christmas so far, looking forward to some calmer weather to go out and get some fresh air. TTFN

I've found through my quit, that you get good days where nic hardly strikes, then other days, nic strikes again and again 
So beware eh I hope you've got your feet up now.

Glad to hear that everyone had a good Christmas and hopefully managed to stay off the cigs. I've now started my journey home and have a few hours to kill in Singapore airport. I am sat outside in the cactus garden which is a smoking zone. I think it's the only outside place so here I am! I can't believe the time's gone already and I'll be back to the yucky weather in a few days.
