I think we should ALL be very proud of ourselves.

It's maybe all too easy to think of things you should have done and miss the positives of how much we've all achieved.

I wish I'd had the courage to go cold turkey but know that that particular hurdle was just too hard to climb,I beat myself up for being weak and feeble but loose sight of the fact that I haven't touched a cig since the beginning of September and my ECig is just a fairly distant memory at the moment.

So, however you choose to do this, wether you've been smoke free for 7 hours or 7 months just take a second to stop, pat yourself on the back and be VERY proud that YOU'VE done this and only you,as hard as it is you're getting there.

Aup Ysd, a great big well done to you for getting to 3 Months quit gal :) :)

Like you say, we should all hold our heads up high and pat ourselves on the back for achieving what we have :)

Take care and speak soon :) Pete x
