Hi Jillygirl, I'm OK thank you. Still not had any lozenges since Friday 25th Oct. I'm off work this week cos its my birthday on Friday and we get a day off for our birthday at work so I thought I'd add an extra day on Thursday. Soooo won't need to worry about lozenges and e-cigs and stuff this week. I may though, get some lozenges for when I do go back to work but it will be mid November nearly by then and it does seem a shame to start on them again, so will see.

Hi Pete. Yep 21 again, I've been 21 for donkeys years The birthday holiday isn't a woman thing, we all get it, am thinking this is the last year though cos we were taken over by someone else and I don't think they do birthdays Never mind, perhaps they do pay rises instead - yay.
