Have a good day.

Good morning Andi, It`s lovely to see you open up the daily chat.
Its not too bad here , the sun is trying to get out. I am off out too , fed up of staying in. Solicitors don't call you anyway, its always me that ends up calling them. so *** em.
Looks like we had 3 daily chats this morning! Great to see everyone is up and about so early and eager to 'open up shop'
Friday already, seriously though I must be getting old because I remember years ago the days seemed to go on forever, but now the weeks feel like days! I also remember that there was at least 2 maybe 3 years between each Christmas, now it seems like we have one every 6 months!
JillyGirl, don't be shy on chasing up your solicitor, make them work for their pennies (or should I say pounds?!)
Andi, are you doing any form of exercise today or having the day off? Saying that you have a food filled weekend ahead don't you?
Hey Sally, Congratulations on the baggy trousers, well done to you It's lovely having a long weekend to look forward to
Sue, are you having Nairn cuddles today? Its Fathers Day Sunday so I be bet Grandad and Dad are looking forward to their first year celebration
Betts, I had my cuppa outside this morning. It's so much nicer when the sun is shining
Have a good day in work Kath
Big waves and positive vibes to everyone else
I know this stopping smoking malarky isn't always a smooth journey, nobody said it would be easy, but everyone says that it is worth it. You just have to keep on keeping on and you will get there
haven't had a cig now for 25 hours, got up had cup of tea dressed and straight to work. Got an extra 15 mins in bed cause didn't get up for a fag. Hopefully will stay smoke free today
Morning Emjay, yep, went to the gym and tried a new class for me today - athletic conditioning. Blimey, can those youngsters lift their legs high when they jump! On the food front, I'm not partaking of it.
Sally, know what you mean about the trousers. when I went out on my bike last weekend, it took me ages to find a pair of capris that didn't look like they split my difference - or like an old lady. I'm determined NOT to buy any trousers in a bigger size - I desperately want some new clothes but can't buy any til I'm at least back to what I weighed a year ago.
Elissa, that's your first bonus for this quit - extra 15 minutes in bed - luxury! Keep at it girl.
Sue, I think that one looks quite easy. She wanted us to jump in the air and bring both knees up at the same time - I think if you say it's more like a squat in the air you might get more of an idea! (not sure if you'd know what a squat was though. )
