It is still quite blowy out there today but at least it's blowing what few clouds we have away to reveal a beautiful blue sky above them.

I loved the ditties and poems that were put together yesterday, I did add in one of my own but for some reason it didn't appear

Hello Emjay. I did reply to you earlier but it seems to have disappeared. Been to see nurse this morning and yep I am now a diabetic. So new diet planning on the way.

I love to read your daily posts EmJay, they always make me smile.Been a beautiful day here in the North East with beautiful blue skies but getting a bit on the chilly side.Thanks for the pic & yep it does definitely give me armour to make sure that I absolutely stay cig free now and always.Hugs x

It looks like a sponge cake with red bits in - but obviously / sadly I was not trusted as the oven had been turned off !!!!

Oh well - maybe I will be allowed to take the cake out next time and it will be chocy !!
