Sin, sometimes you have to trick your mind into feeling positive before you actually are. If you focus on the negative, then you will become negative. See if you can count up the positives in your day

That,s one I haven,t heard, lovely Your right Emjay, I always count the positives, there only a flip away from negatives anyway. Only trouble is sometimes the negatives fill your mind up and dont leave room for the positves, a bit of de-cluttering sorts that out.

Ummm they came to zero, haha, sorry I'm one of the worst negative thinkers you will ever come across, beyond redemption. Mind you I did manage to come up with one, because it was so quiet at work I've read loads if my book.
