At approximately 3pm, according to my 'iquit' app, i officially did not smoke my 1000 cigarette!

Apparently i have gained 1 week and £406!

I don"t have the money in my bank account, but i am the proud owner of a new ipad, a new cat, and numerous other little bits and bobs

I'm really quite chuffed, 1000 cigs and 8 weeks now :0)

Well done Zetters, 8 weeks and all that money saved - and spent Jilly did the fanfare and the cat looks lovely. Is it a rescue one? Maybe it's just come out of the aussie quarantine.

That's great, I find also visualizing in my mind how many cigs I have not smoked in a large pot, its crazy ....so far I have not smoked 340...great that you have spoiled your self on new things, you deserve x

App is actually called iquit -tells you how many weeks/days/hours/secs since your last, how much money you have saved, how many you ain't smoked, how much life you have gained and has a page with the health benefits. Takes about 2 mins to set up, then just happily counts

Downside - can't remember if it was free or not, but if not cost no more than £1.49, and don't know if it is available for android

Glad you like my new Aussie puss! NO idea what happened there, right way up on my ipad! Lol
