I should add that I supplement with D3, folate and B12. I recently bought what I thought was ferritin but I’m unsure, so having started it I’ve discontinued use for now. I also take metavive and adrenavive and have done since Hashimoto’s diagnosis
Ideally, I like some help with losing these stubborn pounds and trying to get to my optimal levels of thyroid hormones and nutrients. Where do I need to be, I’m so confused? Also, since starting a progesterone cream, I’m slowing gaining ounces but I’m actually sleeping now which is a godsend after 21 years of insomnia but this weight, I really can’t be doing with gaining it. It it could also be the “ferritin” helping me sleep; I read in an amazon review that some people say it helps. Who knows but I’m loving this new-found sleeping ability!

It says that folate should be above 5.38 which at 17.44 mine is but how much above 5.38 is a satisfactory amount?!!
I’m not concerned about my D3 being that high as I’m mixed-race and need it to be higher than Caucasian or lighter-skinned people
