Vitamin K2

I’ve started taking vitamin K2 as I already take Accrete D3. Just wondering if I should take them together or separately. I read somewhere that you should take Accrete on it’s own as it interferes with other tablets but wondered if this is different as they work together?

Thank you. I think I read that before. So I’m right to take them separately, many thanks.

I just thought K2 and Calcium might need to be taken at the same time as they work together.

Yes, take them at same time. It’s the calcium and steroids that shouldn’t be taken together.

It is Accrete and pred taken close together that is the main problem.

As far as I know, and I'm neither chemist nor biologist, calcium is the culprit with medications and other elements, like magnesium and iron, but there are no issues with taking calcium together with vitamins.

Ah thank you. I was a bit confused.

I buy an 'over the counter' tablet that contains calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K, so I do take them all at the same time!

Ah thank you, that clarifies things. I take a 90 ug capsule, not sure if that is enough. It says take 1-2 but I only take one.

My bottle says the recommended daily dose is 75ug, so you should be fine with 1 tablet.

To combine some medications with vitamins, you should consult your doctor about this. When I was trying to cure my rheumatism, I started taking calcium and magnesium pills, but I didn't consider my diseased kidneys. Calcium was deposited in the kidneys, forming a stone there, and my urinary canal closed. I had an operation. After the operation, I became susceptible to viruses, microbes, and parasites, so I've prescribed a powder niclosam.com/product/niclos... to protect against all this. And I stopped taking drugs at the same time with this powder without the permission of the doctor.
