What helped me overcoming CPPS

Hey there people who are looking for hope, healing, answers … anything. First thing: I see you and I know your pain. I have been through this for over 5 years. I tried everything. Literally. From antibiotics, antifungals, stretching, physical therapy, injections into the pelvis, cold showers, drinking broccoli juice, being gluten-free, sugar-free, masturbating daily, not masturbating at all, homeopathy, Ayurveda, meditation, hypnosis, psychotherapy (I am a psychotherapist myself) and much much more. Thought about ending my life more than once. But that cannot be it, right? I am only 32. Last year I finally discovered what helped me. As being more the analytical, scientific guy, I never felt drawn to using entheogens like magic mushrooms, Ayahuasca a.s.o. In my devastation though I searched the internet for medicine from other cultural backgrounds. Long story short: I found sinchiruna.com and Maestro Sanango, who is a plant healer from Peru, currently staying in Spain. He is the only one I found doing the actual „old school“ plant work from the Amazon in Europe. He is very much the opposite of the current popular Ayahuasca movement where just one cup of it is supposed to change your life and connect you to your purpose forever without you having to do anything. I booked a call with him - just to hear what he had to say, not expecting anything anymore. Well, at least he took me seriously and he said he could help. I went to Spain for 3 months to do a so called deep immersion - and it helped. It actually changed my life. Sanangos work, the work of the Sinchiruna-Team and the plants. To good to be true? Here is the truth: It took a lot of time, it cost a lot of money, it was hard, hard work, I have never been so far away from my comfort zone, the plants are no magic pills - you have to do all the work yourself, it gets to your deepest fears and the reasons for your physical and mental suffering. I sweated, I vomitted, I shat, cried, begged, doubted a lot. And it changed my life for the better. Even more so I am forever grateful that my suffering brought me to Sanango and to this work. What I needed was understanding and that is what this work is about. I am not telling you that this should be your way or guarantee you that you will have the same way or path of healing - because you are as individual as I am. All I say is: if you feel like this text and the website speak to you, give it a chance. Ask for a call, get an impression and then decide if it is for you. It is not a cult, not a sect. In fact I have not met more sober and down to earth people before. Whatever path is for you: I really hope, if you read this you find your way to heal. Best of luck :)

Helge

PS: If you are interested in more details about my time at Sinchiruna, there is a short testimonial of my journey on their website.

This is most likely bullshit. If you haven't found any physical reason for your suffering, the reason is most likely caused by emotional issues one way or another, remember that emotional issues also can be caused by non obvious physical traumas. And if so, the road to healing will be long and filled with fear and looking for quick ways to heal. It should be said that there also is a possibility that pelvic pain can be caused by not found bacterias in the body. So far the tests for bacteria are not sensitive enough to find all bacterias. If you have tried almost everything, the best way, in my opinion, is to accept the fact that this is what's going on with your body right now, and try to find ways to relax as much as possible. Different movement exercises can also help you to feel better. For me different things have helped, but the best thing I have done is to not sit on my coccyx at all(my coccyx is totally deformed after an accident), or to find positions where I don't feel pain while sitting. I have had severe pain every day and hour since May 2018, but the last year it has become a bit better. The pain and fear the first years made me consider suicide. At the end I will also encourage you to not listen to people who say that nothing is helping. And even if I completely understand their hopelessness and attitude, it is so easy to hear their anger and tension when talking to them. Many men with this problem are very unwilling to accept that they have this issue, and they also have issues with accepting that their attitude to life in general can be the reason for their pain. However I do feel a lot of sympathy for these guys but they are not helping you or themselves to recover.

I'll be honest, I just can't see myself doing all that. I couldn't afford it, for one thing. But I'm really happy that it worked for you. We all have our own journeys with this horrible crap, and what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for someone else. But who knows? Thanks for sharing your experience!
