Yes, I was told by a specialist in infectious disease to try either D-mannose or go back on a low dose of antibiotics. I had to take 2 grams before going to sleep. For me it really helped. I used to have many and haven’t had one for years now. If I do feel the slightest irritation I would take a couple more during the day. I prefer taking caplets.

I bought it on Amazon uk in bulk. Regrettably I can’t anymore since they left the EU. Too expensive now.

Hiya yes I've used it before and it really helped my uti problems. I brought mine from Victoria Health, online as they sell quality products. I found the powder the best compared to the tablets, but that is just my personal choice. It's called Waterfall D-Mannose. It's a little bit pricey but worth getting quality over quantity, especially with such a sensitive area like the bladder. Hope this helps.

Yes tried these in the past but found drinking lemon juice and honey helpful also cider vinegar. Its all about the acid and alkaline. I also take Nitrofurantoin antibiotic when a uti occurs. One can have a stand by prescription of these I am told by doctors.

I found drinking lemon juice and honey helpful. I took DMannose for a while but expensive over time. I was given a months course of Nitrofuranoin which works.
